Crisper
Crisper is a modern fast-casual restaurant that embodies a bold and youthful spirit. The project reflects a seamless fusion of contemporary design and practical functionality, offering a vibrant atmosphere that enhances the fast-dining experience.
Holistic Contracting executed a comprehensive scope of work, including the design and construction of the building façades, HVAC and ventilation systems, flooring and wall finishes, as well as the installation of custom tables, chairs, and table surfaces. Every element was carefully designed to align with the restaurant’s modern, energetic identity.
The result is a fresh, dynamic space that perfectly represents the new generation of fast-casual dining in — where efficiency meets design excellence.
Medical Complex
Holistic Contracting undertook the comprehensive renovation of a medical complex located on Tahlia Street in Jeddah. The project aimed to revitalize and transform the existing structure into a modern medical facility equipped with all essential systems to support efficient and safe operation.
The scope of work included complete electrical, plumbing, ventilation, air conditioning, fire protection and safety systems, as well as the renovation of internal and external façades, elevator installation, flooring, wall, and ceiling finishes — all executed to the highest standards of quality and reliability.
Through meticulous execution and integrated engineering solutions, Holistic successfully revived the complex into a contemporary healthcare environment — functional, refined, and ready to serve with excellence.

Global Contracting Office
Located in Jeddah, the Global Contracting Office project highlights Holistic’s expertise in delivering advanced HVAC solutions with precision and efficiency.
Holistic was responsible for the complete design and installation of the ventilation and air conditioning systems, including the execution of air ducts and ventilation outlets. The systems were implemented to ensure optimal air distribution, energy efficiency, and seamless integration within the existing architectural framework.
